Program: 

13:30 or 18:30: Welcome and preparation.

14:00 or 19:00: Start of the experiment.

-Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.

-You will have the choice between a regular menu or a vegetarian menu.

-Children are accepted and must be at least 1m40.
